A major concert organizer faced website crashes during peak ticket sales and was losing revenue to black-market resellers due to lack of secure ticket validation.

Technical Implementation

I designed a high-concurrency booking system using Redis for queue management. Every ticket is issued with a unique, cryptographically signed QR code that is validated at the gate using a separate staff app.
